👋 Hi there.

Find your medical bill.

Your clinic uses ClinicPay to send bills you can pay from your phone. Enter the phone number your clinic has on file and we'll show you what's owed — yours and your family's.

We'll text you a 6-digit code to confirm it's you. No password to make up, no account to remember.
🔒

Is this real? Yes.

If your clinic texted or emailed you a link to clinicpay.me, this is the page they meant. ClinicPay is HIPAA-compliant and PCI-DSS Level 1 — the same security standard major banks and retailers use. If anything looks off, call your clinic directly to verify before paying.

What happens next

From phone number to paid in about 30 seconds.

1

Enter your phone, get a code

Same phone you gave your clinic. We text you 6 digits to prove it's you. No password to invent.

2

See what you owe

Your bills, plus anyone on your phone number — like your kids. Each bill shows the clinic, service, and amount.

3

Pay how you want

Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, or bank transfer. Save your bank for autopay if you want — you set the max amount, get notified before every charge, and can pause anytime.

One phone, your whole family

Mom's bill. Kids' bills. Same place.

If your kid's pediatrician or your spouse's clinic uses ClinicPay too, their bills appear under your account. One log-in covers everyone on your phone number — and one saved payment method covers everyone too.

Common questions

Things people actually ask.

How do I know this isn't a scam?
You got the link from your clinic — either via text, email, or a card at check-out. The URL is clinicpay.me (this site). If the URL in your text or email is anything else — like clinicpaay.com, paymybill.health, or has random letters — don't tap it. Call your clinic directly to confirm. We will never call or text you asking for your full credit card number, social security number, or a password.
Why don't I need an account?
Your phone number is your account. When you want to see your bills, you type your phone in, we send you a 6-digit code, you type it in, you're in. No password to invent, forget, or reuse. The same way many banks and Apple Pay work today.
I don't have a smartphone — can I still use this?
Yes. You can access ClinicPay from any computer with a browser. We'll text you the 6-digit code to your phone (smart or not — texts work on any phone), and you enter it on the computer. If you don't have any phone, call your clinic and they can take payment over the phone the old-fashioned way.
What payment methods can I use?
Apple Pay or Google Pay if your phone supports them. Any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) including HSA / FSA cards. Bank transfer (ACH) — link your bank in two taps. For larger bills, you can also split into 4 interest-free installments via Affirm.
Will I get a receipt for my HSA / FSA?
Yes — automatically. Every receipt includes the provider's NPI, service date, CPT code or description, and amount paid. That's everything HSA / FSA / MSA administrators need under IRS Publication 502.
Can I save my card so I don't have to enter it again?
Yes. When you pay, there's an option to save your card or bank for future visits. Next time your clinic sends a bill, it can charge that method automatically — but you stay completely in control:

You set the maximum amount per visit that can be auto-charged (e.g., "no more than $50"). Anything above that limit waits for your approval.
You're notified by SMS & email the moment any charge is initiated — with a 48-hour window to opt out before money moves.
Change anytime. Update the limit, switch your payment method, or pause autopay from any past notification or at clinicpay.me.
Reply STOP to any notification to pause autopay instantly.
What about my privacy?
ClinicPay has a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement with every clinic on the platform. Your card data is tokenized at the moment you enter it — ClinicPay never sees your full card number. We only store the bare minimum to send you a payment notification: name, phone, email, the bill amount, and what service it's for. No clinical records, no diagnoses, no notes from your visit.
Who do I call if something's wrong?
For questions about the bill itself — what you were charged for, whether insurance paid correctly, errors — call your clinic directly. They have the medical record. For technical issues with the payment itself, email help@clinicpay.health.
